Pomona School Action Plan Goals

Creating a Positive Culture and Supportive Community with a focus on Learning and Growth for ALL.

Goal 1: Improve attendance rates and reduce interruptions to the learning environment: Develop a culture of excellence with a Trauma Healing lens!

Goal 2: Implement the MCSD ELA Framework with Excellence - Improve learning of the ELA standards as measured by teacher developed assessments, MAP assessments and CMAS.

Goal 3: Create Engaging Learning Environments - All learning environments/classrooms will be rated as Engaged (Schletky) 80% of the time on walk throughs.
